Yeah I totally agree it was fantastic viewing !! It was totally professional ,it was slick , it was extremely informative and I think any potential investor that was sitting on the fence whether to invest in Tiziana would have had their mind made up after the presentation to invest heavily !!! I can fully see the SP is going to go above £3 + tomorrow morning !!!

Hey no worries many thanks for your advice. I couldn't use my broker anyway to buy tha Yank shares I phoned the dealing room and they don't deal in ADRs. I was hping to get some before the SP goes up here tomorrow.
I missed the gift todayn when UK SP slid so looks like I will have to pay a l;ot more in the morning ahh well

Yeah I wanted to but did;t want to sell my Apple,Nvidia and Microsoft stocks to buy them as thjey were alredy very low and I would of made a large loss in raising the money to purchase TILS I was hoping the Tech stocks SDP would raise but they did;t so i missed that gift what a P1SSER !! What low SP did you get gifted at ?

I do indeed have a US trading facility via a W8-BEN form so that is not a problem.
As the ADR shares are more expensive than AIM the additional shares of 1.5 awarded tomorrow is presumably no advantage of buying the cheaper UK TILS shares is that correct ?

I have TILS AIM as my largest instrument in my portfolio. I am thinking of buying the American shares as well before the cut off date tomorrow on NASDAQ as per todays RNS extract

ADR Ratio Change

JPMorgan has been closed for issuances and cancellations of the Company's American Depositary Shares ("ADS") since close of business 27 July 2020 and will reopen on 4 August 2020. The short closure (which was announced on 15 July 2020) is for administrative purposes, to allow JPMorgan to effect a ratio change to the Company's sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt ("ADR") programme.
The former ratio of five (5) ordinary shares to one (1) ADS has been changed to two (2) ordinary shares per one (1) ADS and is effective on 31 July 2020. Therefore, ADR holders will receive 1.5 additional ADRs for every one (1) ADR held.
There will be no change to the underlying ordinary shares.

due to the fact that the Forex GBP/Dollar 1 GBP = 1.30406 USD so as you will get more £ per dollar I was thinking it would be a good idea to take advantage of the weak US Dollar and buy the American shares is this sound thinking ?

Also as all ADR shares on record tomorrow 31st July 2020 will receive an additional 1.5 shares for every share held surely this is a no brainer ? or is there no advantage in doing this or not doing it apart from the forex fees ?

Hi all I hope you have had a really good evening and with the share price rising really looking forward to a good rise tomorrow !!
I am having a moan here because I am a new investor but I spend most of my time trying to work out what people are communicating on this board and other boards too !! I appreciate that experienced guys / Gals on here might be time poor but by constantly using accronyms I find as a new learner in the field of investing having to search the internet for the meanings and so when I cannot find the answers I have to then ask other board members what the meanings are !!!
I have been a Computer Engineer for 30 years up until accidents at work of which I can not now work but a BOD to me means in Microsoft Windows BLUE screen OF DEATH !! So what is in share terms a BOD ???? also what is a ROL ???
My previous company I worked for the employees used to constantly complain that they spent more time trying to decode abbreviated messages than they did doing actual work !!! example Spoke to SK who said that AJ had info from KC that the WC was out of sync and that SJ of the outsourced supplier from IBN needed to be upgraded to an AYUP and the B0LL0CK systems were PHUCKED . Turns out that IBN is in fact a typo and was IBM ha ha !! Morse Code is an international language which can be learned !! So as there is no International codes for the abbreviations I think it would be rerally beneficial to me and any other new investors JOF ................( JOINING OUR FOLD ) SEE THE FUNNY SIDE PLEASE :-)
