So hopefully not long now until we get a major update on the CX300 which as we all know is the rapid Covid-19 test that is almost as accurate as a PCR test but offers the result at the point of test in only a few minutes !

It is not listed under the top banner of Portfolio companies but instead strangely listed on the home page approx. 75% way down the home page under the banner portfolio companies and displayed on the right at the end of the other companies.

I cannot see anywhere an RNS (Regulated News Service ) bulletin on the incorporation of Foodtek please advise

It is a holding company for the Crackle-baked(R) intellectual property.
As such, there is only a brief mention of it on our home page as indicated and a link to a brochure describing the technology and one of its food applications.

So Smart Food Tek is indeed a live company and as far as I can see it is not priced in to the curtent SP !
This could easily push the SP way higher than it is now !

I have been taking advantage of the low sp and averaging down. I have great faith in the technology especially Paraytec and their Sepsis test is going to be ground breaking !

When cutting and pasting from Word I had missed a paragraph out so here is the document as was intended originally.

I don't think either will be sold as we are making good profits from our portfolio this from the Full year Financial Report 2021
The total profit after tax increased to £13,907,000 (2020: loss of £563,000), equivalent to a basic profit per share of
36.30 pence (2020: loss per share of 2.01 pence).

If we were to sell say Phase Focus for example basing the sale of assets on last year as in the Sale of Pharm 2 Farm Limited, the sale of shares in Remote Monitored Systems, a Special Dividend of 42.75p per share was paid in January 2021. So roughly at a conservative level I think we could expect say 36p a share which would be banked as surplus cash.

So, seeing as the aim of the company is to return value to shareholders as we built more cash in the bank, I think it is more likely that a proportion of the surplus cash will be as a special dividend of say 36p which is twice the current share price of 18p therefore this will at the very least be a double your money bagger !!

Load up while you can at these bargain prices

On 3 December 2020, the board of Braveheart (the "Board") announced that it had declared the payment of a special interim dividend of 42.75 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Special Dividend") which based on the issued share capital of the Company on 11 December 2020, the record date, being 37,097,451 Ordinary Shares, equates to a total dividend of approximately £15.8 million. This dividend was paid earlier today.

The Board advises that as at the close of business today it expects the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") to have net cash reserves of approximately £2.3 million.

I received £10K at 42.7p of course £13 million is not profit now I copied that out of the end of year report of which it was profit then. I did highlight that it was from the endof year report but obviously you are to stupid to read it.

I ws estimating a special dividend on the sale of either the PhaseFocus or Paraytec and was being conservative with an estimate of 36p a share which is double the 18p current share price so please go and get a drink !

Ive just loaded up some more 3,306 at SP 27.5p with a tight spread ! what a bargain !

I think there is something definately afoot ! On our home page it states "Developing a patented food technology that enables baked foods to look and taste fried without the frying and with 60% less fat"
But on the brochure it states "A new patented food preparation technology developed at
the University of Arkansas, makes baked foods taste fried
with ~60% less fat.

So the change here is on the brochure that states DEVELOPED as in a finished product .!

I think Mcdonalds and Burger King would definately be interested in this as we need a world wide solution to obesity !
I think we are going to get a very juicy faty free and very healthy for the wallet RNS any time soon
