Yes this is absolutely definitely going to be BIG in 2022 ! I reckon Phasefocus will be sold in Q1 gifting us all a Special Dividend so obviously the more shares you have new investors the bigger your payout will be ! So load up at these ridiculously low prices ready for when this booms !

Share consolidation at 20:1 and conversion to US $ has occurred in my AJ Bell account which may of been the good news on Accustem before Christmas. As it is still not as yet listed it is not showing a value other than $00 but it finally looks like good news !
Everyone check your accounts and other accounts then AJ Bell , report back here and let’s hope you have all had them converted

Good research !! Well done ! That does appear to be a very similar situation ! Don’t tell me ! Let me guess ! All the share holders lost all their money with no recourse or compensation ? The owner made stole the shareholders money via that action ?

I genuinely do hope that this is not a template for what the TILS BOD are doing !

It occurred to me and others a while back that this could be a scam that’s why I bailed out at a great loss but thought better a loss than to have zero. I still have my Accustem shares waiting patiently. I do hope for all of you still invested in Tiziana that it isn’t a scam but the move to Bermuda was a sign for me to get out.
What do you all think about reporting Tiziana BOD to the Stock Scam investigation company Hindenburg Research ? They found out that Nicola electric truck was pushed down a hill unpowered and advertised as a promotion that it was “driving “

I think it must be because good sentiment has all but gone due to the debacle over Accustem and the fact their investor relations are so poor

This is fantastic excellent news ! Either way Paraytec will become worth £ billions with our CX300 technology and using the cartridge ( razor blades printer cartridges ) model of business we will probably make more money on the cartridges just like ink jet printer manufacturers do ! If Paraytec is sold expect a massive dividend !

I am not talking rubbish ! I am comparing Nasdaq with the pevious platform TILS were on which was LSE and LSE /AIM So I am commenting on my view that they are trying to run before they can walk ! Have you got your TILS US shares yet ? No you haven't !

If the transfer to Nasdaq is eventually a success then I wish them well !

I think the logical action to take is Tiziana suspend all shares TILS and ACCUSTEM until all transfers and movements are completed so that all shareholders can trade at the same time ! I can’t see how you can have segregation where some can trade and others cannot it’s almost an apartheid type situation !

Tiziana was on London Stock Exchange AIM market with last day of leaving 20th January 2021 then went to LSE Main market and then a move to join the dual listed TILS ADR already on Nasdaq going all in on the Nasdaq. This looks like a classic case of trying to RUN before you can even WALK and that always makes you fall down flat ! In my opinion !

Tiziana SP now dropped -5% today to an all time low of $1.14 I am glad I’m out of it now as if I had of averaged down my huge loss I would of lost even more so lesson learnt abandon ship before it sinks ! I hate to say this but I can see it going down even futher ! Nasdaq is a club of elite companies that make profits ! I think this move might have been ok once we were making profits and debt free but to move before you have even made $1 is a catastrophic mistake !!! What a debacle !
Can any of you Tils holders in U.K. trade on the Nasdaq yet ? If not have you been given a date when you can ?

Accustem Scheme of Arrangement granted by the court we all in the U.K. be issued 1 US Accustem share for every 20 U.K. Accustem shares ! I just hope the US Accustem shares launch at least at $5 or more which I think is the minimum SP for NASDAQ in our instance but not sure so don’t quote me !
