Yes mine does too, I meant atending the GM to voice anger on TB's past actions which were responsible for the SP tanking
Bennster
ha ha ha yes we do !
Do you plan on going to the general meeting ? and which way voting for the proposal yes/no ?
This normally would be good news but unfortunately TB's history of burning the SP with his huge sells causing the SP to tank, has left a bitter negative sentiment with investors and left LTH's high and dry with huge losses including myself.

Bentster asked why the SP should go higher in my opinion once we release our Sepsis test based on our CX300 architecture.
Well the reason is simple. THERE IS NO CURRENT BLOOD TEST FOR SEPSIS and we will be a market leader with intrenational sales !

Enjoy the ride ! It is going to be ONE HELL OF A RIDE HIGH

I cannot beleive how naive you are ! You are plainly showing your lack of experience as an investor in failing to read between the lines !
Yes the RNS does state The UK Government's decision to rapidly wind down the testing and isolation requirements for UK citizens and travellers to the UK has abruptly changed the nature of the COVID-19 test market which has led to a slowing of discussions with the remaining potential acquirers of Paraytec Limited and its COVID-19 test. It now appears unlikely that Braveheart will be able to conclude a sale with one of the remaining engaged parties at an acceptable price in the foreseeable future.
The key here is that the UK testing market has reduced but Covid-19 is not restricted to the UK DOH ! It is worldwide ! Anyone can see that our device will be sold internationally all across the world to every country eventually or licensed to be manufactured. I would not be surprised if that was released taking advantage of this dumb governments change in testing to artificially lower the SP so a director could buy more shares ! Not that I am saying thisd is what has happened just my thoghts.
Covid-19 and its many mutations are here to stay for the foreseable future.
China has just locked down a provinc e due to a huige rise in Covid-19 infections do you not think a country as large as China might be interested in a rapid 5 min test that is almost as accurate as a PCR test and quicker than a Lateral Flow Test ?

Hi Castley
Yes Braveheart is TB's number one share over any other in his portfolio. Expect a major announcement soon ! The SP should correct and hopefully rebound back into the 80p area if the Covid-19 Rapid Test CX300 is officially launched and even highr if the Sepsis Test is launched.

COVID-19 R RATE
The latest R Rate Growth Number for England is
0.8 to 1.1
Latest growth rate range for England
-2% to +2%
These estimates represent the transmission of COVID-19 2 to 3 weeks ago due to the time delay between someone being infected, developing symptoms, and needing healthcare.
There is increased uncertainty in both national and regional estimates at present, due to changes in testing policy, which make trends in data streams less clear.
Latest R range for England
An R value between 0.8 and 1.1 means that, on average, every 10 people infected will infect between 8 and 11 other people.
A growth rate of between -2% and +2% means that the number of new infections could be broadly flat, shrinking by up to 2% every day or growing by up to 2% every day.
Latest by NHS England regions
These are the latest R and growth rate estimates by NHS England regions.
Region R Growth rate % per day
England 0.8 to 1.1 -2 to +2
East of England 0.8 to 1.1 -3 to +1
London 0.8 to 1.1 -3 to +1
Midlands 0.8 to 1.1 -3 to +1
North East and Yorkshire 0.8 to 1.1 -3 to +1
North West 0.8 to 1.1 -2 to +2
South East 0.8 to 1.1 -3 to +2
South West 0.9 to 1.2 -1 to +3
With the advent of the new RECOMBINED Deltacron we can set this as a flag and monitor the UK R number from now Friday March 11th 2022 to see if the Deltacron variant causes mass infections though as pointed out above there are less tests being done so an accurate number will not be obtained.

Latest update on Deltacron
Deltacron' identified as new COVID variant - how fast is it spreading and should we be worried?
Virologists from L'Institut Pasteur in Paris have sequenced the genome of a genuine "Deltacron" variant after cases were confirmed in several regions of France, and it has also been found in USA.
Friday 11 March 2022 11:23, UK
"Deltacron" has been officially identified as a COVID-19 variant, with confirmed cases in France and the US.
Combining mutations from both Omicron and Delta, concerns were raised earlier this year following investigations by a lab in Cyprus.
Now, virologists from L'Institut Pasteur in Paris have sequenced the genome of a genuine "Deltacron" variant.

In a briefing on 9 March, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said the strain had also been found in the Netherlands and Denmark.
There are two confirmed cases in the US with a number of other suspected infections.
And last month, the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) revealed one case of Delta x Omicron had been discovered in a person who had contracted both variants.

Hello All
I have spoken to Professor Carl Smythe and asked if our CX300 can detect the new recombined variant of Sars-Cov-2 named Deltacron. He has checked and his reply :-
Just checked. Absolutely will detect it, yes.
This is fantastic news and shows the CX300 to be a truly adaptable effective test and one which I think after launch we all will get used to seeing in our GP medical centres across the U.K. and eventually all the countries in the world.

With so many mutations of the SARS-COV-2 Corona virus developing I wondered whether we might experience a RECOMBINATION of two variants in a human cell so providing a hybrid. Well it has been confirmed it has ! It has been named DELTACRON. Time will tell whether it has the best attributes of both as in Delta more severe illness and Omicron higher transmissibility. Let us hope not. Well it just goes to show that Covid testing will be required as a normal event going forward in our future as no doubt there will be futher mutations of concern following DeltaCron.

I will speak to Paraytec to see if our CX300 is capable of detecting the recombined variant Deltacrom
