Things are finally coming to plan here and I would not even worry about the shares in issue.

I mentioned earlier, there are just over 1.3 billion shares in free float and be mindful that the raise done in January does not mean all those new shares will be sloshing around for folks to buy...a good chunk of those shares have been placed in Treasury to incentivise employees/contractors etc!

Our current shares in issue allows for liquidity and institutional activity.

Institutions/funds prefer companies that have decent liquidity....so I would not even worry at all.

The company wish to keep their costs down and have mentioned many a time that they do not wish to raise any more money via the issuance of more shares.... the game plan is to extract value via the legacy assets and gold / precious metals streaming, royalty agreements

This will hit a 20 Million Mcap easily (1st base)

Filter the resident trolls and hold your nerve ...just focus on achieving a conservative 50 million Mcap and we are very happy here

And you can already see the target of min £10 million pounds of assets coming on the balance sheet - which should shooot the Mcap here back up to sensible levels and more as the news flow kicks in - as it will...in surprising ways.

This share is a rare pedigree and has a good probability in creating many millionaires who can see beyond the yesterday's.

The SP is currently sitting as a gift horse and it should never have got here in the 1st place (assets disconnect)

i say a 20 million Mcap is an easy ride (£10 to £50k short term) and 50 million should be a conservative bench mark in realising there multi edged business plan.

Once institutions jump on board, the stock will become a lot more stable and will see sensible and healthy moves - based upon a potential of streaming and royalty agreements and the supply of finance.

Current free float is just over 1.3 billion shares (i had this confirmed last month)

A lot of people here have misunderstood the previous RNS and listened to only 1 narrative

At a £20 million market cap, 10 million shares would be worth £100k

At a £50 million market cap, 10 million shares would be worth £250k

Under the MIP, the release of these shares is subject to the achievement of market capitalisation milestones ranging from £20 million to £200 million.

To bring onto balance sheet net assets in excess of £10 million.

Expecting further news any day now on legacy assets and how low the current Mcap is

The Company expects to cancel the remaining warrants with an exercise price of 0.23 pence per share in due course. Once completed, the cancellation is expected to remove a long-standing structural overhang and support a simplified capital structure ahead of future institutional engagement and financing.

At 0.023p and we are currently under half that SP

There is a massive disconnect here with the Mcap and the 3 assets they have which we will be hearing about any day.

Today's capital and share structure RNS confirmed all systems go here.

This is now starting it's rise back to the recent raise price of 0.0015p and then will be heading towards 0.050p and we are being prepped up for institutional capital.

This will be a stock market winner this year and will surprise all.
