fatalcharm - it is what ever anyone is willing to pay for it, if pay for it. Let's just say for talking sake, things do progress, it has to be all under the same agreements - otherwise, the Government will say no. Anyone can see the government, many of its cabinet ministers etc have said about any wells. They're afraid any disaster would kill them off, and ruin their travel/tourism industry (their words, not mine).
