Mitch894, I agree. Hosting and Tinkler will hope Kohn’s investigations gives them the ammonia they need. The boards efforts to stop that is pretty obvious. I’m gambling that there hiding something.

What we want, is all the dealings, company records etc which would be passed over to Connect if the deal is approved but if it's not, then Kohn has access to all dealings relating to Flybe Group and its subsidiaries up until today.

I can't say much, outcomes are not certain, there is legal challenges to what's been going on and this isn't the only offer that's been handed to the Flybe board. The credit acquirers are going to free up cash as well. March is going to be interesting.

I have no idea what's going to happen here, as it depends on those with deep pockets. But, from what I've been told, there is a legal challenge here. I suspect Hoskings are aware and hopefully act on it... but again, it'll cost and outcome is not certain.

I know nothing of a Virgin offer... but, would like to have known what they were considering prior to the credit acquirers squeeze on collateral.
