Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Westminster, no lol no.
Oust the board... (perhaps some form of Devine will strike them down) :) god willing?
EBloch, lay the blame where it belongs, the board. Do not come on here and talk to us about morality.
I believe the truth will come out. I do not believe this board are untouchable as some suggest. Oh, I'm sure they have used our money to get legal advice but, oversight happens.
Pianista, I'm sure with Tinkler, some restructuring with his expertise, he could turn it around - after all, he turned Stobart into a big company. But, it seems this board is against any other alternative... afraid they'll be showed up?
I'm awaiting legal feedback, regardless of all the negatives and positives on this board - surely Flybe had many options and did this board take them before ultimately insisting on this consortiums offer? People will think they had exhausted all other options but show me... I don't believe it - nor does Hosking.
It seems the board have pretty much ignored Tinkler, slapped him aside, walked away :p but, despite the RNS, a change in tone from “the” COW... I suspect something is being a pain in her backside.
What? You telling us that all their jobs are safe? Please! Besides, it’s just unfortunate for the shareholders and employees that we have a board whom are incompetent. So no, do not lay it on us, the board are at fault. Dress it up as you want, it’s our money.... if I want to burn it, wipe my backside with it or whatever I choose... my choice. This board ran into the ground for all of us. Besides, I don’t believe a thing this board states... I want someone else in there, Mr Kohn... then I’ll believe it.
Shareholders will not be getting 1p, remember. As in the other RNS by the COW, she doubts anything will be leftover minus her cut.
In regards to the injunction... if that’s the route they take, I would expect by next week. But, I doubt it. Also, I believe this is the law firm they are familiar with - .frosszelnick.com
I lost much more than that... many others lost a hell of a lot. But, to tell people to move on? Questionable. Besides, who are you? I bought back in, as it’s now a gamble... a gamble I’m willing to take. I’ve also sought out legal advice from Travers Smith - always good to get independent advice.
She should stop talking about saving jobs... if someone could hold her to account, when half those jobs are gone within 6 months to a year after takeover. As stated in that article, the COW should have resigned. If the takeover happens by this consortium, they'll do the necessary restructuring according to whatever plans they have and, as it's Branson, laughing all the way to the bank!
spring,
What's he got to do with the financial collapse that engulfed the World's market? He lost a small personal fortune that he tried to shift on to Nissan... small, $16m... which is not a lot of money. Now, show me the billions siphoned off within the big wide cyberworld we live in. In the end, all that money ends up somewhere. So, no... this guy is not a bigwig.
@spring,
Only 2 remotely, remotely in relation to what I said are Christian Bittar & Philippe Moryoussef. Show me some bigwigs over the 2008 financial collapse.
exetrchief,
2008's financial collapse... who has been jailed? When their all incahoots, with the same mantra, that's it. only way that is solved, is revolution. That ain't going to happen anytime soon. As long as those types of people continue to pull strings, they're all protected.
It's not even 1p... it's nothing. There is nothing for the shareholders according to the recent rns. Talk about daylight robbery. Regardless, I'm now taken a gamble, a gamble... that something is happening behind the scenes against this scandalous board.
I'm in talks with Travers Smith... to get a better idea of my own standing.
Perhaps this board intentionally ran this airline into the ground to just give it over to their buddies... i'll start the conspiracy, with a nice pay out.
Basically, the 1p cash offer was a lie, if I'm reading that right... even more so to be pissed off with the board. Anyway, I strongly believe the deal is not going through and if it is done in haste, then I suspect attempts to cover their tracks.
It's now a gamble, but I'm back in.
