However, clearly laidback you don't understand... Flybe will not be looking at the costs of fuel in advance until around February/March. Competition indeed but, nobody can just come in and take over from Flybe - doesn't work like that. Simple as that.
Why would Virgin prefer to wait until administrators sell it off? If you really really want something, would you wait for auction? Besides, it's already costing Virgin a lot of money just to do these talks.

On a World stage, it seems like Oil prices will stay low with the £/$ advantage for Flybe. With restructuring already in play, who knows... still believe maybe a change in management could swing things further,

Well, If US/China come to some agreement at the G20, of course - US/Russia over Ukraine. If all goes well, that looks good long term for Flybe if it chooses to go it alone.

@moniman Virgin has, and there is 'interested parties'. However, EasyJet/Ryanair can be excluded, confident of that.

Why not? The more people sell from those lows, the better for those who bought in at higher prices. The demand is there. With any kind of positive RNS, this will go up much further. So, being in at these prices is still pretty good.

I find it amazing how people are quick to say that Virgin was considering due to the share price crash! It was due to the board deciding to put FlyBe up for sale. The price could be less than a penny, wouldn't mean a thing! Couldn't find anything on Twitter either - must be amongst a group of people.

With that said, people are buying. Simple as that.
