Today was a revelation, KAV board of directors finally admitting they haven’t got a clue and have messed up for years.

They finally confirmed what we all knew and what the CEO has been trying to spin away for years.

I will summarise it for you -

‘We didn’t have a clue for the past few years, but now we have meet super Dave who has half an idea of where copper might be, we are going to completely change our previous finger in the air approach and focus on an area that is more likely to have something we can sell in the ground’.

We know! Look at the share price! Look at all the mud you have discovered!

KAV is in major need of a quality CEO , life support death spiral finance is not far away if the current board remain in charge.

all of Jabberba’s efforts have not been able to steam the flow of how badly BIDS have been ran

There’s no way the full £3.5m is unspent

Yet despite the latest round of results, the CEO who has failed multiple times remains in post and recently sorted himself and the board some nice share options

Can the large shareholders please stand up and get rid of the chancers from the board?

More dust,
More bluster in the RNS,
More finger in the air drilling
More money wasted
More time gone
More share dilution

When will KAV ever learn?
The first lessons is leadership, get rid of the CEO and have a proper strategy.

This is very much turning into KSZ or bust, with the share around 1p the next drilling targets with the remaining money must hit commercial targets or it’s effectively game over for the 75% plus who are invested here.

Within 6 months this share price could be back at 6p or under 0.6p, they must get the next step right or it’s effectively game over for any current shareholder.

True enough JP2000,
Although pre 2022 I had PALM as a safer bet than most other junior explorers due to the CEOs refusal to dilute and issue warrant confetti.
2023 the CEO needs to earn that trust back with some prudent management. It doesn’t have to be spectacular but certainly it has to be prudent

Need to see the MDA before investing, been here before without one and it didn’t end well.

Don’t mind paying more for having less risk, just think people should be cautious until the funding is agreed.

Be realistic

They need one of the following to happen -

* A new game currently in development to be a roaring success
* A current game franchise to be re-energised due to an update or add on pack
* Continue to cut costs and show an improved profit in next results
* Sell off any struggling titles and use the funds to buy new titles and/ or companies for under market value
* move into new areas or potential new revenue sources from the likes of in game advertising, etc

Management need to really earn their wages in the next 9 months, past performance won’t be acceptable in a market that has started to lose faith in their ability

A KCB explanation including update and results is required regardless if they found anything commercial or not

Lessons must be learnt, sadly the CEO has demonstrated he is still as clueless as ever.

Once again, BIDS provide a word salad of an update to hide the bad news that this is a profit warning.

KAT have nothing to offer, no assets of any value, no funds to do a decent drilling campaign, a CEO who is horrific as per past performance, what does anyone expect this to bounce let alone the market cap to rise?
KAT has all the hallmarks of a lifestyle vehicle, I don’t see how you can view it any other way.

Of course, do your own research but be realistic

Kavango has been a disaster, mainly due to a multiple number of bad deals, bad decisions and bad drilling thanks to a CEO whose experience (or rather lack of) would be more fitting to being a shelf stacker in Tesco.

Avoid Kavango like the plague, it’s nearly as bad as Bidstack
