If buying shares at discounted price, do they have to hold shares say for 1 month or 3 months before being able to sell, don't want to buy, if discounted shares can sell at 100% profit from the off set...

As I'm new to this company, I see earlier someone mentioned that this company total shares are being diluted by a big sum, I see at moment saying around 456million in issue.

I belive this company will go across pond, once they've ironed out issues on their app, when running smoothly.

I've followed sells to buys for months seen some shares move 100% + on basically nothing and negative buys and I've seen shares 5 million plus and no movement, bewildering!!
Computer certainly skewiff, how do shares hit say 3.80 20 times a day with out passing that brick wall ?
