Much appreciated Professor1 🙏
Hadn't realised that the next due process would be international courts...
I thought the India courts had the almighty final say...
1 Question thou: if India court's just try to blag again, and this arbitration went to an international court, how many months , does this process take , roughly, any knowledge anyone?
Investors feeling disappointed/disheartened from the feel of today.
The statistics that Professor1 mentioned last night, also feels like a hummmm moment.
Quite a few sells
(Definitely my last investment)
Over and out
9. Claimed amounts exceed amounts awarded by a large margin. The analyzed arbitrations revealed a notable disparity between the amounts claimed and the amounts awarded. In 44% of cases where both the claimed and awarded amounts were available, the amount claimed exceeded the amount awarded by a factor of 10. The median claim is 4x the amount awarded.
Can't seem to get my head around this
edhellas, your certainly not in the minority...
there are many of us that would rather have compensation than the mining rights.
i totally agree they would certainly hold up the mining at every possible road, which would definitely be a pain in the ****.
the funds in my point of view, would be helpful elsewhere...
then pat will be able to move forward.
How come Bilateral International Treaty 🤔
Don't have any anything in place, so these type of issues don't crop up, from any party that don't follow the rules of the treaty?
Should be a massive fine in place, and additional consequences...
I do agree companies to invest in these days are under priced, especially on AIM companies dodgy as f@@k.
Since 2009
Shorting shares hasn't helped the cause...
I've come across a few 🐕
I just feel, that PAT will restore my faith, if anything maybe my last investment ever.
