Agree, It may seem a little unfair on small ISA investers and savers, however when ISAs were first introduced back in the 1980s to encourage wider ownership in UK companies it was never envisaged forty years later the scheme would be creating thousands of individual tax - free ISA millionaires, unfortunately a fine line does have to be drawn somewhere on the future of ISA tax - free stocks and shares investment plans regardless of who is in charge of the government.
