RE: Overview29 Jun 2018 16:20
Cracking overview Early_Bird, and I wholly agree that Arc is going to multiply in value very many times over, and likely 10p+ by Xmas. However, I should point out that the 3moz Akyanga resource (hopefully to be soon further increased) is 73.5% held by what was Casa Mining (now ~99.5% owned by Arc). From an exhaustive report (on ARCM's website):
"The balance is held by MMG Limited (21.5%) and the DRC government (5%). MMG is a major diversified base metal mining company, operating and developing copper, zinc and other base metals projects across Australia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Laos and Peru. MMG’s major shareholder is China Minmetals Corporation, one of China's major multinational state-owned enterprises."
Historically, ~$30m has been spent exploring, but with the huge resource increase AND substantial exploration upside, I feel the overall Misisi Gold Project has a far higher value.
Regarding Don Bailey - his LionOre I believe was sold for ~$6bn, he does indeed know Zamsort intimately, AND was happy to take options at 7p in lieu of compensation. He clearly has a good sense that Zamsort is a monster in the making, and this is where potentially staggering upside is most likely to be created.
Anyway, sorry Early-Bird for my pedantry, but I'm right with you and am hugely excited by Arc's massive potential, not least because it's led by a smart, savvy and tough negotiator who has been round the block a few times and sees Arc as his defining career opportunity. I'll get back into the garden now. GLA
