Assuming something is nailed on is probably the least successful attitude an investor can take. But as eagle said everyone here must know that.

Nothing is ever nailed on when it comes to companies on AIM. AIM exists to move money from investors to companies. I have seen many shares where investors are convinced something will happen and unfortunately it doesn't....often meaning these investors lose a lot of money. So I will keep my scepticism until I see more evidence.

The reality of it is...this is OEX...this is AIM...critical thinking required at all times.

I'm also concerned it's not a guaranteed outcome with the jet pump. Something to be mindful of with news expected. Let's see...

Thanks wwal, I was referring to the RNS today. After all, thinks change all the time and we are in June now and you'd hope further along in the JV negotiations. The April RNS wording does seem quite tentative for my liking - "does not anticipate". There are many things oex/syn have not anticipated so far, in the way I would have expectes/hoped. So excuse me but I won't be hanging my hat on that.

It's interesting that they tweeted about not needing the jet pump operational for the JV but they didn't actually bother to state that in the RNS. Why not? Strange...

I'm just glad I kept some back for if the price drops significantly.

For me, the jet pump is crucial. Let's hope it gets installed soon and we get some new numbers to demonstrate it's success. I think the CCS is a distraction and not sure how a JV would be finalised without data on the jet pump solution. Should get interesting now hopefully.

Well that didn't end th way I wanted it to. Down 18% because of one failed CCS licence. Bizarre. I wasn't expecting CSS news to have much effect good or bad. It literally has no bearing on the current SP surely. Strange.

Seems some serious offloading happening as usual. Shame.

I'm not being pessimistic, I'm just not a fan of the tweeting. Prefer an RNS. Let's see.

It does look like the usual pattern with the large sells...and we know SYN need money soon. Hope it isn't another fund raise. But this does keep happening, a positive tweet, a rise in SP, foreword selling and funds raised.
