I would think there are many investors who are more than a little underwater right now. So they are probably thinking of averaging down. However, so far it's been like catching a falling knife, which doesn't really help their cause.

As for hedging, I have a small amount here but I have been left holding the bag in the past and that's something I try to avoid now because it just doesn't make sense to me with any significant amount of money. Each to their own.

Err.. Because the sp is less than it was then and it needs to be a discount to the current sp in order to be attractive... This isn't controversial. Maybe do some research.

Roger I agree the raise will be somewhere between 0.5 and 0.7p. Hence why I'm not rushing to buy at the "psychological" threshold of 1p, like many are. I don't want to lose half my capital when the company obviously need more funding. I haven't seen a placing at a premium on any share for a while... That's just not AIM at the moment. That's my opinion anyway. Happy to lose out if I'm wrong.

Good point. Apart from the very short term traders, theres not many daft enough to sell at this sp so if they want more stock, the price will have to rise.

12 to 15p was due to the covid hype. It will take some seriously amazing news to get back there, such as extremely positive and robust results of the clinical trials.

Sounds like funding will need to be raised sooner rather than later then.

Thought this might be the case. AIM is desperate at the moment. That kind of trading makes no sense to me. Akin to running around like a headless chicken. Guess it must work for some. Maybe a false start yesterday but it's coming at some point soon.
