There does seem to be some consistent selling which is keeping it subdued and probably putting people off. Seems a low price to be selling at but maybe they have seen a faster opportunity somewhere else. The mcap is ridiculously low and that's the bottom line really. Great value here.

I think once the approval has dropped, there will be the possibility of another RNS detailing the work programme so hopefully the price will hold better than last time, as people will be waiting for that RNS. Also last time Congar dumped all his shares. Let's hope he doesn't have as many this time!

Conger, are you referring to my comment? Just to clarify, I think we will hit 0.14/0.15p on the build up to the GOI approval RNS, then well over 0.20p when the RNS actually drops. Who knows maybe even spike to 0.30p. There seems to be a hit of a resurgence of interest in AIM plays the last few weeks.

If the JV was conditional on the merger, it would be stated clearly the RNS below. Withholding that information would be an offence.

Agree, if Roland knew it was conditional, then stating "a matter of weeks", would have be totally misleading. I think it's just a new rumour toower the sp and get in cheaper.
