Plus 6p is actually pretty good considering where this stock has come from price wise. I'll be loading up once suspension is lifted because fundamentals haven't changed, and limited dilution IMO. Pennpetro is pleased to announce that it has it has raised £360,000 by way of a placing ("Placing") of 6,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 6 pence per share ("Placing Shares"). The Placing was conducted by the Company's corporate broker, Peterhouse Capital Limited.

Application will be made for admission of the Placing Shares to listing following the Company's ordinary shares return from suspension. The Placing is only conditional upon the issue of the Placing Shares.

Pennpetro announces that given that the Company is currently unable to meet its ongoing obligations to issue its audited annual financial report, in line with its reporting deadline of 31 July 2024, its listing of its ordinary shares has been temporarily suspended with effect from market opening today, Thursday, 1 August 2024.

It is anticipated that the suspension of the listing will be lifted at the time when the Company is able to issue its audited annual financial report.

I wonder what's up with the large sells. Seems unusual. Also, so close to the interview doesn't seem like a coincidence. Why haven't we heard anything about the money from Selan? How much will Roland actually be able to say that isn't price sensitive?? And will we be able to take him at his word anyway. I doubt it where dates/deadlines are concerned.
