The co is now moving towards the right direction and will become profitable very soon. It is still a wolrd leader, retaining gold standard with 30 years experienced in the water monitoring field . Agree as I said before it will improve balance sheet but still PMO needs to service it's debts with 8% which worked out $13 per $100. Ultimately all dependant on oil price direction, of course if oil price drops it will have direct effect on SP as well as PMO liquidity position! I have holder of this co for long time although out for short term. Many were saying it may go bust when SP was 13p in March, I did buy at that time, you can see my post, I will get in once issue price is confirmed ....

In substance $530; made up of £230 rights issue + $300m new equity from existing creditors-conversion ;apologies heading should have been in $ and all numbers are in $ in my earlier post! Overall it will improve balance sheet and production however until we know new share issue price and dilution effect SP will keep falling, PMO is there is dependant on oil price, if it stays low like this PMO will struggle to survive with $1.96b debts cost

SP price will settle once we know share issue price, with £1.96b debts as Motley fool rightly highlighted below need to consider interest changes. For the time being I will avoid until it's fully settled and they announce share issue and conversion price. I am glad sold it at 35p on Monday. But will be back once SP settle and priced in worse case scenario

Agree, it’s better they out completely, NAsaq closed at $2.53 times high around 7% down! I guess just short term profit taking. Fundamental is strong here as. Hope it goes back where it was a few days ego to around 88p

My order submitted at today 10.10 still showing pending , your order will be dealt as soon possible at best available price. I hope I get at 39p as at that time it was quoting that. Very unusual though

Good points, agree, oil demand is increasing as activities level increase ...there will be rebound of oil price. I think it will hit in the range of $70-80 at some point as many small and mid size oil co gone or ogoing bust due to lower oil price. This will result in less production hence higher demand
