You won’t find another Omi with two top gold mining co behind them ; fully funded ! With £70m Mcap I feel it’s still cheap ; would like to see Mcap 300m + which means share price in the region of £1.50 to £2

It’s going towards my initial target 50p then hopefully gets Re- rated to £1+ , hold tight , it’s tempting to sell as we are already sitting 500-600 profit ! Not long ego it was in the range of 4 to 5p although I started long time ego from 15p to 3p to 5p

same here, once it reaches 50p more likely it will be consolidated, re-rated and will get institutional investors attention> If any positive RNS on grade and reserve comes who know it may hit £250m MCAP which means SP to be in the range of £1.50. Everything is possible here considering high gold price and we have two top dogs!! dyor

Still a long a go way to go, OMI should hit £100m macp soon, considering OMI has two top gold mining co with them and everything paid by them! is there any other tiny Goldie like OMI available in any of the stock exchange? expecting SP to go 50p+

Omi has only 160m shares in the market with £37m Macap, due to small issued shares price can up very quickly when demand increases. Even when if Macap goes to £200m share price will hit £1.20 which is still below well Ggp Macap ! Omi potential is huge here and still cheap !! DYoR

I think below two points will be they key driver of share price movements; this offers attractive value if we get any positive update soon! This can easily take the MACP to £100m which is 5x
1. In June, the Company signed a research collaboration with Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd under which Midatech is deploying its in-house expertise and Q-Sphera drug delivery platform to medicines nominated by Dr Reddy's.

2. In July, the Company signed a collaboration with an unnamed European affiliate of a global pharmaceutical company, to establish the application of the Q-Sphera platform to new modalities in drug delivery.

Dvrg closing price was 31p, for 100k MWG you will get 10k dvrg shares with value of £3,100. I’m hoping once both merged, consolidated sp will hit £1. We have seen already it hit 60p+... nothing fundamentally changed since then! I’m holding both ;DYoR

It’s one of the worst deal share holder are getting with only 5% of the total value ! I don’t think s/h will vote in favour unless there is clear premium than current price ! I’m definitely voting against this deal! It’s a clear betrayal to all of the shareholder by the current rubbish management!!

Only Hope is sp may go up in next few days or any attractive offer comes from any other large oil Co or Private equity backed take over offer !

Imutex value seems too law! In London market co like Orph are valued at lower end , if it listed on Nasdaq it could be much higher ! Eventually once it started attracting large institutional investors including pension funds, it could be any where from a £1 to £10. It’s all about supply and demand and future prospect of generating income and cash flows. This company is still not on that radar , sitting with small fish like us and a few institutions! There are still many companies been valued over a billion but not generating any profit or decent income yet , all based on future value , Orph is late Agy Genaro Garcia revenue and profits ...

Based on it’s recent news and prospects, I wonder what investors think of it’s fair value ? Should it be over £1?

I think below rns statement is key here which Is very carefully written. Even if the contract is not £40m but it will be in excess of £7m, but most importantly it establishes ORph is capable of providing this unique service to the UK government! This may open the doors of other large pharma co, government and institutions accross the world to utilise Orph services. The world is ready to put billions to find a vaccine that is safe and effective, Orph is in unique position to help those large pharma co to test their vaccine .... opportunity is huge here ! The Business is already turned profit making with many contacts in the pipeline with large pharma like Pfizer ! Then it’s non core business Imutex which itself could be worth over 50p!

Am I being too optimistic here ? I have been saying it since I started buying this co from 15p, then 12p, 11p...DYoR

Orph share of Imutex itself should valued between 50p to 60p, taking Goldsacs valuation where they valued last year $1b. Orph is too cheap now looking at its future revenue and prospect. It should be re- rated soon and when large institutions starts putting money into co, SP could could any where starting from £1 to £5 or more . I’m holding ! DYoR

true...there is no other Gold stock at this tiny macap where two top gold miners like Newmont behind this...only 23m mcap, OMI can easily go 10x. Although I sold some at 7p to reduce my risk now I regret, but still holding big chunk. Won't be selling them so soon
