No idea but the directors selling (albeit at a good profit) at well below where we are now suggests they don't expect the shares to be flying. However (and this is extremely likely) I know nothing about the inner machinations and so my opinion is just that.

I have no suggestion why it might be, but the high number of trades over the past couple of days (in a share that normally has 2 trades per day) cannot be accidental. Either there has been some news item that none of us has spotted or, more likely I suspect, there is going to be an announcement of some sort imminently. Despite the large number of trades the share price is not exactly soaring so I am not getting too excited about what any announcement might be. Like most long term holders I am just frustrated by the apparent lack of activity.
It would appear that "...well before the end of August 2020" has now become: "The documents are in the final stages of preparation and review by the company’s auditors." Pretty par for the course. And when is the AGM supposed to take place?They have revised the website though. Just a shame it wasn't checked by someone who could spell.
