Is there proof we are getting resource upgrade tomorrow or is it guess work.

You would think an upgrade would be instigating quite a bit of buying as there is zero chance it will be downgraded.

I think quite a lot will pull the trigger earlier now after the 37p fiasco. BUT...we are getting very close to the PFS and holding for that should bring better returns

If HAV does get taken out, I would expect to see the de-risked 66p as a minimum plus a premium of at least 15%

But I'm not sure they will sell the star asset that soon

Any guesstimate on a take out price?

Too much attempted scaremongering about finance that's nowhere near being needed yet.

We have no idea whatsoever how much is in HAV and what the potential sale of 5% would bring in once its given a true value.

Anyone crying about finances on an almost guaranteed tier 1 prospect is pretty much wasting thier time this far in advance.

I think it's abundantly clear which posters are too busy worrying about daily prices, buys are sells or vice versa, etc
