The retail holders will need to be "bought out" before the institutions move in is my guess because these levels are low enough for anyone to take a position and they have not done it yet (in any massive volume). when GGp gets sold on it will be mainly large holders that remain, not a lot of retail will go the distance. 50/60p will take out most because its a huge profit but an insto will hold in the protfolio without care for ups and downs so they can sell at 500p in a decade.

Watch the video again...44m30sec onward. clear as he can be. not going to take longer than suggested. no indication the flow rates are higher than suggested. waiting for new data in case they have to recalibrate but as it stands there is no change to what has been reported to the market. don't see the lower one being any different to how they tackeld the other 2.
