i am a shareholder, but dont give a schite about the warrants. they were not offered to us, just a select few that took a chance whilst we suffered 6-8 weeks of nonsense.

being a long term holder, a bit of dilution now will make no difference in say 1-2yrs. the only ones whinging are the ones that need a quick escape. thats why it does not affect me.

That's what I think. Could have extended them anytime last week. On expire date is pathetic. GGP probably know they don't desperately need the 4m now, let's see.

the sp has already been over 2p during the warrant phase, so i suspect it wont get there again in the next day as this stock is news driven and even if it does go past 2p today (which i doubt, unless there is news), i don't think they will get taken up.

the warrants i believe are part of the last mistake GH made in his early tenure. personally, let them expire.

probably not. warrants with be classed exactly the same as the shares (premium stock), everything is suspended.

lets not discount the outstanding tenement applications, they have to be dragged to the front at some point. £50 is a bit extreme. I think Hav will get taken out completely. i also believe that is why there is a delay on BH & FT.

GH is waiting until funds are in place so they can steam ahead on their own, with the 2-3 new sites on board.
