does this put pressure on the buyer to start chasing the price?

that when they let this go, it's going to be a major swing upwards. there has to be something new to tell us before the summer update surely?

Gold has an intraday target of $1819.

SP might also start moving in 0.25 jumps instead of 0.10.

If the NMS has changed to 200, it will be harder to buy & sell volume but at the same time it indicates a potential shift up in the SP.

no doubt they have a team on site similar to when you put up a building. you will have surveyors, environmental, h&s, local authority, on site security, crew, etc...250 is a lot but none of us know how big this is going to be

I am under the impression GGP will have around £8m+ in the account going on the previous Numis note, plus whatever has rolled in since April. Surely the only main outlay is salaries and consumables

He did say 11p was worth around £30m to his family in total? Can't blame anyone for taking that off the table.

the original Numis note pinned in July with MRE in the box. which is why I think, even if that now shifts to say Sep/Oct, we will still get some big moving news in the next update. it's just the obvious progression.

Panama, along with PG, I also thought the big news would come in the summer update, which is why I was pitching in at 20p. just a guess though. things could change at anytime.

I bet we all wish the SP was going up equal to our thermometers...we would be over 30p today...lol

well, lets put it this way. all I said was the only thing I see outside hav is a sale and then you ask me as if I know anything so I just asked you if you know. how is that odd.

the blue spike at close getting ripped away immediately for another red session. And I dont understand why some are fixated on SW. The priority seems clearly with HAV and the only other thing I can see happening short term is a sale of a smaller asset.
