Placees could very well be selling shares open market to purchase warrants and realizing a gain ? Either way they have been sold imo so I don't see the actual issue of shares having an impact. Steady volume will reduce any overhang, can't see the price dropping too much because below a certain price the warrant conversions will stop

I believe project level finance will be a partner (s) buying a share of IMSL, therefore non-dilutive to infa shareholders.
