Schurter don’t have to notify us of anything because they are not listed. They will be selling and manufacturing for CPX under their own branding, so if they get a big order they don’t have to notify the market and am I right in saying neither do CPX because they are just receiving a percentage from Schurter and have notified us of the MOU. Would the first time we know of any revenue be through results? Schurter don’t even have to notify us about building a stake in the company because the Swiss are exempt and I know CPX notified us last time of the 4.69% but do they have to legally? If they do at what percentage? I’m rambling a bit because I’m unsure whether I’m correct with this. Has anyone any thoughts?

I couldn’t agree more. My gut feeling is schurter are still accumulating. As we know they are exempt from TR1 notifications so they can build under the radar. I’m expecting the company to notify us anyway when they have the percentage they want. My guess is above 10% as the 4.69% they already have isn’t much for a company of their size.

Absolutely. If you’re like me it doesn’t matter what it does now because there is no way I’m selling. The long term potential here is mind boggling. Don’t panic, sit tight and wait for the bigger picture to unfold is the way forwards in my opinion. Super capacitors are the future of so many things. GLA

Just made me realise how well this share is doing. Not long ago we were snapping up 2.5 million shares for £2000 and I’ve just seen one go through for just shy of £9000. Like backing a winning horse, you always wish you’d gone bigger. Good luck everyone. This is the share of the future. Every where you look a super capacitor could solve a problem.

Schurter are manufacturing our products. They know the order book, they know the customers, they know the volume. Capvis would not allow them to throw money away. This is bigger than everyone realises. The market is going to love it.
