Hi Garry. Ok yes if it is that pure water than yes it would freeze close to zero. So that's my theory destroyed! By all weather reports we're going above 0 next week now anyway, so guess thats when it'll all restart.

Garry your right we should not speculate. Just one thought though. It's pure water that freezes at 0 ( or 32 if your that way inclined ). Non pure water will freeze below zero at varying temps depending on the impurity. The water to be treated could still be transported whilst still fluid at zero or a bit below say -5 ish. I'm pretty sure sea water freezes at -7 so it's possible we could be over pessimistic, but then I could be talking 2 round spherical things.

Because it's a different part of the project and has any one checked the temps at this time last year? I've not but its possible this year it's a it colder.

Yes it sustained daytime positive temps next week. But they do drop slightly negative during what would be nightime, but after 15th its 24 hour daylight till about 28th ish of July.

Time for a top up on Monday methinks. I'm thinking there may well be an RNS out during next week that things are moving around for a snowball fight.
