never tried before so wish I knew the answer, I have had the odd drama with Barclays Stockbrokers once and did ask for the head etc and after speaking to different departments one finally does get someone who says they care , they promise to make it up to you but usually one ends up with wicker hamper full of stuff you really do not want with a note saying how sorry they are, Well after drinking the local transylvanian bottle of red wine , and eating the pack of stale Scottish shortbread supplied ( that Queenie could have made better in her sleep)and giving away the rest of the rubbish that one has never heard of , one looks back and thinks" why did I even bother!"But at least they tried and when you speak to the department in Glasgow one just melts hearing that Scottish accent and conjures up images of that TV show Monarch of the Glenn ( loved that show even thought it was ridiculous, but liked the blond actress , cannot remember her name) I do wish you the best of luck in your endeavor and I am sure you will get somewhere with them just do not open the wicker hamper if you get one! hahahahlol Now lots of drama today on the RRR board and MTV , really is better than Game of Thrones!
