I had the same taxi driver in old Corfu town ! I stupidly drank an orange drink at the Acropolis in Athens years ago and when we flew back to Corfu the food pointing took hold ! Never been so sick in my life and thought I was hoing to die in the Corfu palace full of fat Germans who hogged all the best chairs by the pool first thing in the morning and not very sympathetic staff that hoped I wasn't going to die without paying the bill ! Taxi driver took me and wife on the longest journey ever to doctors , think I saw every site in town on the way , found out later I could have walked there ! I think he had the same crucifix dangling on the tea view morrow , defo 24 k gold ! Ridiculous all the palava with da visa , should be so simple , and u got the investments to prove right in front of them ! Think u might have to do the marriage thing , would be easier ! Lol
