He was previously banned for continual misconduct.
He wants your shares, he sits watching in the shadows, desperate to try and turn some of the more gullible by joining in or instigating harmless conversation.
He has no interest in anything long term other than to have you part with your shares. He's not very good at it, but it's what he does.
