Hi Tibbs, I think that we have to take the Brokers visits with a pinch of salt.

They may be excellent bean counters but i would imagine they have zero mining knowledge.

The blame lays completely with the past management.

Lets hang the new guy after hes found guilty not before.

I think you are right mr T, its not possible for any individual BB board posters to significantly affect any share price, but the continual focus on events that have passed, and management that no longer exists, plus a project fear campain could cause someone who is less informed than others on here to sell their shares out of fear and at perhaps a significant loss that they could ill afford.

Im sure that most people that post on here are decent honest people and wouldn't deliberately want to cause anyone to lose money but they could very well be doing just that.

Im not saying let's all wear rose tinted glasses but continually banging on about the past without balancing it with the work and changes that are being done could be misleading to someone.

Im as frustrated at what happened as much as anyone and the share price reflects what happened by the past bad management.

The mine problems are well on the way to being fixed and improvements being made, so let's look to the future and not dwell just on the past.

Cant help but think that if law 32 gets the rubber stamp saturday, then we should buy El fakarany a pint or two! because if it wasn't for him a lot of us LTH wouldn't have been able to accumulate so many shares on the cheap.
Never thought that it would take this long to get resolved though, but its been an interesting roller coaster of a ride.

Don't forget 14th jan the SCC are possibly ruling on validity of law 32.
If passed this will end our court case but do we lose the sheald we've been inadvertently benefiting from ?
Are we then more vulnerable to unwanted buyers at this low a share price?

If shipping rates are any indication of the world's economy then things are definitely slowing down fast.
Rates are now lower than pre pandemic levels despite the higher fuel prices as they compete for the little trade thats out there.
America can't export any goods only the dollar, and the rest of the world can't afford to pay the higher price caused by the overpriced dollar, (for now )

I guess what I'm trying to say is that centamin has nothing to fear from the Egyptian government.

Egyptian legal system is legendary hence the government's desperate attempts with law 32 to try and protect government businesses contracts from it.
Had it not been for our Mr Alfrahani's illegall blackmailing spree the government wouldn't have needed to come up with law 32.
But this also demonstrates the government's willingness and determination to resolve this issue.
Its not in anyones interest to prevent businesses investing and expanding in Egypt.

My take on this is ether outcome is good news.
If law 32 is approved then thats the end of it.
If its rejected then centamin can then go back to court with all the correct documents and armed with the fact that the very man who brought the case is now a convicted criminal for blackmailing companies not to take legal action etc.
In many ways law 32 has dragged this out further by prohibited centamin from finally settling this in court in the normal way.
The Egyptian government is trying its best to encourage the mining industry to Egypt so nothing ever was going to come from the joke legal challenge.
There was a time many years ago that this action weighed heavily on the share price but i don't believe that's the case anymore.
If if was settled tomorrow the sp would be the same i believe.

Shipping is a good forward economic indicator.
The dollar exchange rate is crippling the world's economy by making vast amounts of previously profitable parts and products no longer worth it without large price increases that customers may not be willing to pay.
Companies are ordering smaller quantities than usual in anticipation of reduced sales volume due to the higher prices.
Shipping rates are tumbling fast which is indicating lack of demand for cargo space.
Something will have to break sooner or later with the dollars crippling grip.
The fed doesn't give a rat's **** about the rest of the world but it will have to do a U turn soon as its also crippling its own exports.
When the dollar breaks, gold should start to shine again.

Seems like it's been a long time coming but its great news.
Im thinking Horgan must have plenty more good news up his sleeve for the Q3 results or he would have saved this for the 20th.

Im not an expert but those drill results from Horus Deeps, ptah, Amun and bast look incredible.

All in all a good RNS, sukari is looking in good shape to weather the current world problems.

My prediction based on previous RNS are if if its a positive one then we will have a slight lift but finish lower due to the traders who have already positioned them selves for the anticipated good news rumour and will sell then sell on the news.
Then we can hopefully look forward to a steady climb back up over the coming months.

Just coming at this from another angle and i could be wrong, but could it be Mr Horgan is kicking ass at sukari getting people off there buts to do what they're paid to do and its not going down well.
Seen it before in other industries.
