I was surprised to hear that the 4th crusher has only just been finished and is now being commissioned. I thought that it was completed last year? Still at least there will be 4 crushers now operational for the next 3 quarter's which should improve through put by 20 to 25% and also allow for routine maintenance on the 3 older crushers.

Hi cozza99, I think that in the past, we've usually had a sp rise on the run up to going ex divi, and then after that it drops by the amount of divi and usually a bit more. So it may be worth considering selling a day or so prior to going ex divi ? Don't know if anyone else has any views on this?

As far as my understanding goes all court hearings are now suspended due to law 32. Although law 32 has not been rubber stamped, it remains in force until it is revoked or approved sadly trapping our case in legal limbo.

Whilst exploration remains focused on Sukari, there are seven other prospects that have been identified within the 160km2 Sukari tenement area which are close enough such that ore could be trucked to the existing processing plant. No exploration drilling was completed on these prospects this year, however a thorough in-house prospectivity review has commenced with the objective of outlining new exploration plans for 2018. Intresting that the management are now starting to mention 160 km that has been on hold due to the legal challenge? hmm?

Very true sparkel_and_fizz, that would be a game changer , but over the years that I've been in here all the good news prior to RNS has been accurately predicted and it's usually resulted in a sp drop once confirmed. I've got my fingers crossed this time and ive made a sacrificial offering to the golden flip-flop in the hope that it brings good news.

I've always been of the opinion that the court case has been used by Centamin as a security fence, stopping any potential hostile takeovers while it was in it's early development stages. Some of the majors with dwindling reserves would have loved to pick this up on the cheap!
