Not the way I see it, the privatisation will happen, then what, you will have to go through a designated broker to sell your shares, they control the price....offer you jack and if you don't sell, a year later they have a private placing of $20 million at .10 cent and your holding is wiped out.

??? So they haven't given an exact buy back price, so they offer $4 and you say no....where to next, just don't trust this bunch...

I have a price in mind but would like to keep it there for now.The problem is when you post a predictive sp either up or down, you then have to justify it those that beg to differ and to be honest, I cant be bothered. As we know Verona is a one trick pony with rpl 554 and although we question it, the recent large placings and the large investors that are happy to sit it out, do give me some comfort atm. For all those holding with much higher sp's, you have no choice, sell at a loss or sit tight in the hope it is successful.....your one of many, trapped in companies on Aim who may never see their funds again.

It's ( AIM ), you're not meant to know, you're only here to chase the tail of the rocket or sell when its fell through the floor, Aim wasn't created to make the pi rich, your just part of a method to make other richer, if your lucky, you get the chance to pick up the crumbs after the feast.

Coming back Aeasty, funny, I thought you like others had me on filter. I think you like others, use the "have him on filter " when I ask about funding, it seems nobody sees the message as you all go quite. I like posting here as its full of friendly private investors who show a great warmth to each, not like some boards which are full of ramping TWATS...On the note re future funding, would you like to tell us your view, or why we should buy now at 3, when they 've just had a placing at 2.2.......waiting for your reply because I think your one of the smart one and have the answers.....

The ramping crew always seem to have bought when a share was low, they are so clever, they buy at the bottom and its always a share the market is only waking up to and don't forget, all the companies are going to multi-bag.....lol, and lets not forget the praise they have for each other, what a friendly bunch........and all of a sudden...they're gone..lol

What you forget to mention is that since the " New management" have arrived, all they have managed to do to the share price is dilute it. We now have assets that nobody had much interest in and have no funds to develop them. Big fund raise to come, first they need to offload the shares from the recent placing.......get ready for the hype about this company that was off the radar, best to keep your money in your pocket with this one...

Stick to catching the worms, as your full out ramping is sooooo lame " it is apparent the market has not cottoned on here yet "....maybe the market is just not interested in this pile of c..p For more than ten years this company has sold dreams of riches on one project after the other, only to then shelf them for later.....The bod are the only ones making money here, fat salaries, big pensions.
