Due to only half funding, you've been peddling lies about the trial's inability to get approval.

Your argument now is that the trial was approved before any funding was in place under the offer to shareholders. This is complete rubbish.

Everyone is aware that this company is delisting.

There is a reward to be made at 2p or even 8p if this trial is successful.

If your average is in the above range, the risk is trial failure, not delisting.

Until TFG has a company worth something, they won't waste more money buying out minority shareholders.

If the trial reaches that successful milestone, it will be worth more than today's valuation, and the Companies Act 2006 provides some protection for minority shareholders against an unfair offer.

You can buy into a P2 trial that already has data on 758 patients for circa 2p!

The risk is there, but the reward is great if the trial works.

The best approach is to stick as closely to TFG’s plan as you can and their average or below it. If the trial works and your average is 1p. Happy days!

If you’re an existing shareholder and can average down to 8p you’re probably on a good punt here but it’s risky.

All rests on the trial and then the exit event!

Why is someone who’s uninvested posting 30+ posts in January telling people what to do with their investments?

In Tetragon, value and control are more important than ownership.

Having already invested in control, they will work to maximize its value.

However, it is still possible for the trial to fail, placing the company at further risk and making complete ownership unnecessary

Fwiw in my view

TFG will now focus on developing the company before considering buying out shareholders. This will ensure that the company has a significant value and further investment in buying out shareholders will be worth it.

Existing minority shareholders will always have some protection under the companies act 2006

Wouldn't it have been wiser for TFG to purchase the remaining shareholders stakes before the 18m investment in a further trial?

Facing a lack of trial funding and scarce funds, Synairgen's shareholders likely assumed the end was near and would have sold.

Why fund the trial and then buy out existing shareholders, what's the payoff that way round?

My advice fwiw,

Seek out other forums, they’re out there.

Let this asylum of a board wither on the vine.
