Red flags for me are persistent negative posts, only posting on one share and the new members on a share that's suspended. A troll will have at least 2 of these, but most on here tick all 3 boxes.

I'll repeat and example of a RTO.

Public shell before RTO:

10M shares at $0.10 = $1M MCAP

Private company valued at $9M joins via RTO, receiving 90M new shares.

Now:

Total shares = 100M

Combined valuation = $10M

Share price might stay around $0.10 → existing shareholders are diluted from 100% to 10%,

but the total MCAP has grown 10× (from $1M → $10M).

So, each shareholder’s percentage of ownership shrinks, but the overall value pie grows — and if the market re-rates the new business higher, the share price may rise, offsetting dilution.
