The main issue here and old news, we were valued too high based on lies etc, etc. It needs correcting and build from there with the new BOD, like starting all over again, but with a more trustworthy BOD. We are a start up company, and dilution is inevitable, its just a case of buying more to average down if you believe in the new company.

Affrm if you don't want dilution, why invest in AIM/Main market companies? Best invest in established FTSE companies. JEEZ
