Final thing on this matter because it doesn’t really matter, nobody wants to see placings, cln or warrants announced short term, they will most likely cause the sp to drop.

Elegance good post. However, there’s not much difference between cln and a placing, both involve someone receiving shares and then selling and putting downward pressure on sp, once cleared it’s free to rise. Both are dilutive as well.
