Bagzzz you are completely correct I do not know how this can be legal and there was some talk earlier of new shares being issued by Veative basically the same business. I did write to the e mail on the website to ask why the present shareholders have not been automatically given new shares to replace the others and allow people to trade their shares even if at a much reduced price...no reply !! Does anyone know of any action being taken or possible surely there are rules that deal with this situation?

It means that the company have a new project that they will raise huge funds to drill therefore diluting your investment again

although i understand the views of some on here re buybacks I do think in a few years we will think the buybacks at this price was a good move...

Yes but better to have a much diluted share that you can trade in the future then the present position !!

surely if new shares have been issued then our shares should be replaced with the new ones and then be back on the market for buying / selling ??? Surely you cannot just stop one share and issue new ones for the same business without the original share having entitlement ?

does anyone know what happened re first auction is it not supposed to be done by now....? Or any other update anyone has on this disaster :)

It is a bit outrageous that the company has virtually (excuse pun) abandoned their share holders the people who provided the funds to get them to where they are I see we have no input from scaredycat since who always seem to know the goings on and bulled up the company and claimed that they were not employed by the company.
It is clear that the company should set out the way forward for their loyal investors

Half wit how can i be a half wit if I sold half my holding in the 40s...really dont know how you have the nerve to continue posting here, your constant ramping and in effect making out you are in the know has probably cost a lot of people huge losses and still you are bulling up this company despite the way they are treating the ordinary shareholders you really are a half wit !!!!!!

The thing I think is why are companies allowed to get away with this kind of thing, after giving what now appears to be false information and forecasts surely these people should be banned from continuing to run any company ....surely there has to be company rules and some protection for investors who have been shafted whilst the major shareholders in effect con everyone else what is the point of a stock market if people are free to do this?
