This does happen , I believe that he was bought in for the sole purpose of showing the way in RTO's and now that the ball has started rolling as they say he has stepped down to pursue his own interests as stated in the RNS...the Trasna deal has been signed and now its down to due dilligence and suspension...remember the deal can only be terminated now by the discretion of both parties agreeing to terminate all contracts...If the deal had fallen through then I think the news would be out by now and would of been in the same RNS as the resignation !...i don't think he left on bad terms................all in my opinion ..

Tick up..buys coming in...news leak ????? , lets see.....

Gold is king at the moment...and vastly overvalued IMO....

I think the next big rally / price increase in BTC will happen when the gold market starts to see a major sell off then the profits made from the metals markets will get pumped in to BTC starting / creating the next major leg up......but the metals market has to show a major fall/sell off first.....thats my opinion anyway....

LexxyP When this goes in to suspension then comes back on to the main market from aim then it will relist /ipo at the set price of 2p but i think on relisting it will go a lot higher on market debut as the group of seperate companies Trasna actually have in their possession is quite staggering to be honest , even more so that the coverage is in tech from AI , sim design , blockchain and OTI with it's i blox entity already taking in 60 mill per annum so the share price could quite literally go ballistic...depending on what the market thinks on ipo day. Im holdingtill the end with a substantial amount of stock so all fingers crossed !....personally i think the deals done , singed and dusted but of course christmas has prob put us back a few days si just waiting for the suspension, trying to top up as much as i can at this price !!

Lexxyp.......The weak hands will sell,the inpatient will sell,the deal is as good as done imo....some people will buy at 2p after the IPO of the new company which will ne TRASNA TECHNOLOGIES....A multi national conglomerate of some fantastic tech and subsideries !.....been here from the start so will be holding and still topping up on the dips as anything under the 2p IPO price is a bargain as i personally think this will relist a lot higher than 2p on re administration....remember we WILL be suspended before the new company hits the MAIN market, the spread will be lot tighter alo due to better liquidation of shares as at the moment there is such a small amount in free float on the market..imo price has been held back since the first announcment as to keep the price under the 2p !! most of the new shares will be sucked up by institutions and directors on listing or in presale state.....anyways i'm here till the fat lady sings as they say nd i cant hear anything yet so wishing everyone invested here good luck and i'll see you all when we come out the other end hopefully a lot richer than we are now !! Could be due to large deals being done in the back ground , thin trading due to time of year ,...etc etc theres been no trades since 10 so might get a load show up later this afternoon ..could even be down to LSE on a go slow to update...thats my answer anyways lol i dont really care as my eyes are on the bigger picture here and basically want this stock suspended as soon as possible..the sooner the better ! if i dont here from castle or borrowfunds on here before christmas then have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and gl for the new year...THIS IS GONNA BE BIG I TELL YOU ..BIIIIIIGGG !! lol GLA. Castle I think its price waterhouse coopers who have the job of bringing it to market as stated in the RNS when it was first released as news but that might just be the share brokers...correct me if im wrong as not 100 % sure..i think its a 99% cert now to happen as i would of expected it to of fell apart by now ,one way or another if the execution had had problems with either party involved..major institutions will suck a lot of the shares up ,probably presold before listing happens ..looking down the sofa for some more pennies at the moment ! lol

Any price dips and im still buying as the new ipo price is set at 2p and when it lists it wont be 2p on the opening bell !!!!..at the moment people dont realise how large this company is/will be , just look on Trasna's website at their video and your eyes will be opened wide for you !!
