depends a bit too whether you think the underlying business has been standing still or has made progress over the past year? - currency shifts matter, for sure, but the nature of company itself is important - and then factor in something to reflect that recent change in CEO (as the -ve, she is much less experienced on the pharma side so might fluff that, but on the +ve for sp, she may be more open than witty to a break-up.)
