Let’s remember anyone buying Flybe needs to pump hundreds of millions £ into them or, carve Flybe up. I don’t think this is a straight takeover of a well oiled machine, hence imo the need to pump money in will be reflected in any bid, which maybe why the deal previously didn’t work with Stobart as they likely new they would not only have to buy at a set price but also add serious money to get it into a better footing. Anything over 40p is a bonus in my eyes but there are people on here with a lot more knowledge than me, but just beware a lot of money needs to be pumped in after any purchase (talk was around £100mil according to the FT).

And now with a £35mil mcap any offers are going have to be way over that imo. Got to be looking in the range of 40-60p imo for any offer to be expected
