Did get a bounce (couple days ago from a great height)but yesterday died of death as the main indices put in a whip saw up day.

Looks like the dead cat confirmed as traders likely took advantage of the recent bounce.

Depends on the yield that existing tennant will agree to pay Southcoast.

All down to the % as to whether its as you coin it "a wet dream" to have the existing tennant.

Nope , you refer to last year and the above refers to current so no uplift in price is it and confirms "willing to take a 12m loss"

Not last years "marketed in the region of 60m" stated in the drapers article and quotes unclear as to the amount its listed for now.

So it's fair to say will except 60m though probably lower of are desperate for the dosh.

Not like they aint showed their hand 🖐
