The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
That was your point as per your message 15.58. I don’t see it being taken private, remember LH and JZ are major shareholders which in order to profit for when this inevitably turns they will need a market for their shares. In addition URU hold A good proportion of their Market Cap in MRS shares, again they need a market to realise any value. As a genuine LTH I’m utterly frustrated by how long this has dragged on waiting for refinance, forward looking statements, nomad etc and expressed that to Brenton. True to form he didn’t reply. Despite all this I still believe the SP will recover this year to more realistic values starting with a new nomad being signed off very shortly.
Trading an ASX share is no more difficult albeit slightly more expensive than trading AIM. Pretty much all major brokers offer the service. If that’s going to be your next crusade once new Nomad is agreed then you might want to pick a new one.
I can’t quite understand how you are blaming Zorbas. For those of us invested for some time there wouldn’t be a company for you to ***** about if he didn’t get involved. He’s been a sticky holder of Morfrews shares which I don’t think would have been the case if PM still held his full quota. To say everything has become less clear since he has been involved is laughable when you understand what the previous BOD were doing. The day to day running of the business is solely down to PB and whilst he needs to up his game in terms of communication I believe he is turning the business around which will be shown in the forward looking statement. If you lost money on URU, unlucky. Lots of people made good money going from .4 to 4 as they did on MCC. If you bought at the top that’s on you, not Zorbas.
The registered Conpany address in Reading is for Capita who handle this. It’s a fairly normal situation for overseas based firms listed in the uk. Maybe dig a little deeper next time but thanks for posting, you’ve really added something to this board.
I haven’t got one! Just curious, it’s either buying off market or MMs playing around but wouldn’t have thought there was enough liquidity for them to sell that many shares so cheaply. Who knows? Roll on this deal getting sorted!
The increased holdings are positive but bit unclear as to where the stock has come from? An increase of 7m shares dated yesterday picks up pretty much the entire traded shares on 11/4 So that means that the ‘sells’ were in fact buys which then begs the question why it was down 13% at one stage!
I cant be bothered to engage with you any more. If you want check my posting history it pretty much all on MRS and most of it seems to be replying to you.
Gige, I always thought you were a moron. A relatively harmless one, but a moron nonetheless. You're now reduced to making completely fabricated claims that you cant back up with a shred of evidence. You have no idea of what went on to get this company listed again, when we were organising action groups, attending EGMs working to find a solutions you were on here all day giving support to the previous mob of shysters who tried to take this company for a pittance.
Where are you seeing that?
