I’d agree re Paul Brenton, his answers at the investor event regarding the sham acquisition and the fact that he was not prepared to stick around afterwards demonstrate a complete lack of credibility. The cover up of the raise last year going to Hogan and Grove show a complete lack of integrity. His position is untenable.

The alerion deal is done and dusted. Had the pleasure of listening to Talbot try and justify the deal today. Essentially there were no other providers reviewed and no other interested parties. We have seen no demonstration of the product yet signed off 1.3m. Brenton was floundering when quizzed in it. Talbot flounced out dead on 3.00pm and didn’t return however he was very proud of his CV. JZ stuck around for a while afterwards but it was his usual modus operandi of saying a lot but revealing very little.

If you take the recent update to the Major Shareholder list at face value (and why wouldn't you knowing the integrity of the people involved!), then the only people voting in favour here are the concert party trying to fleece this company which should tell you all you need to know. The vote,when it comes to an EGM, will be very close so please make sure you use your vote to get rid of Zorbas and Jones.

You would hope so. What with the Emails being passed around showing Hogans involvement in this deal going back to December and the pretty straightforward paper trail of ownership of the drone 'business' you would think it would be relatively easy to prove a related party transaction.

I understand the new Nomad did audit the significant holdings before signing up. At that time the holdings were shown to be as per TR1 declarations...

Anyone who doesn't have inside information should be concerned about the timing.It is ridiculous that it has been left to the last minute to resolve a problem that has been known about for the best part of six months however the issuing of the FLS last week and the RNS Reach yesterday don't suggest to me that they want to lose their listing. Unfortunately it is yet another example of Brenton's ineptitude when it comes to understanding how this market works. It will be interesting to see if he fronts up and comes over in March for the Investor presentation, if not I wouldn't be surprised to see an EGM request at some stage this year...

If there was no intention to appoint a Nomad and they wanted to take this private then there would have been no point putting out the FLS last week. Why would they have bothered? Admittedly the delay is frustrating particularly when you look at the standard of other Northland Cos who haven’t yet appointed new Nomads. I have my concerns about Brenton, not that he’s a crook but that he doesn’t have the understanding of how AIM works and what’s expected. I would hope this Nomad situation is put to bed early next week.

Re the d’almeida/Clayton leadership. I think TJ was the only shareholder in the BOD once PM had been removed, So it was in their interests to take it private. I don’t believe that’s the case now. I don’t know who is trading this and whether it’s just market pressure or people getting bored and selling up but sentiment will turn at some stage and when it does it will turn sharply. They are making too much money for it not to. Nomad first then I would hope for the long awaited refinancing.
