Think we are about to see a bit of a rise as soon as a few buyers arrive .

The way i see it looks to me is there were some "fine details" that had to be resolved to get the LOI sorted. This now looks to have been sort allowing it to move forward. While it may not be what some wanted i see it as very positive news

Yeah i was getting quotes and it suddenly just dropped so i snapped them up. Only a couple of £k worth but happy at that price
