After the rns we were able to trade for 1 day! which I believe IF by giving a brief account of the state of finances stopped a mass sell off imo .

Looking at AIM rules there needs to be a 75% vote in favour of a delisting , and 20 trading days notice . Let’s see if they stick to those rules .

Don’t get me wrong I think IF has had a battle on to keep us viable but to not see this coming is to be generous a bit short sighted . I believe going private needs 75% of any vote but as you say being put in an impossible position could see an offer below what most would want or need .

Alf yes thinking the same . Makes you wonder why SL would allow such a low options and warrants price .

Fords 3.5% would go some way to pushing a low offer or taking private offer through. all stinks a bit I thought IF was above such low tactics , but let’s wait and see if results come out first .

Ian seems very positive despite the awkward situation he found himself in , without that positivity I think the sp would have dived to past recent lows , if he wasn’t pretty sure of the near future prospects he could have said nothing!

He mentions another 1 at least ff runs in the next 12 months ! that could be a huge run if things go to plan .

Well site is that 500 per flavour , if it is then that’s 1000 x 50mg doses per day , multiply that by 365 days , that’s a lot of ff .!

BB as they have sold all the ff purchased from Dsm in the last 6 months surely the income must be more than the £350k they have reported , I. Suppose the hundreds of thousands in the next Q will include some of that .

All of this seems a bit extreme with the suspension , something smells here !
