I agree I think it will be higher .
But at a point there will be only one buyer left and between a low offer or no sale the low offer will be accepted imo .
The bod have a chance to sell.lets hope they think about anyone invested over 20p and not the huge majority at 0.1p-5p I think personal interest is huge here in a company only generating money through selling shares.hence 2.4b
my point exactly
They have possibly made there profit in a sale
Whatever the price will be even 15p
So any sale is based on this sale at which I dont think they would be disappointed at 25p
Do you not understand my point is that the directores will be extremely happy with 25p which is my concern
I have no idea what it is worth
But i don't think 25p is without question as for one reason.the price the directors are holding shares.
You only hear 25p from me when at no point did I say it will be the fsp
I have only said it would still be a fantastic sale price for director's that have run a company without profit for 20 years also.
A COMPANY WITHOUT PROFIT FOR 20 YEARS AND AT 25P they could be offered 400-10,000 % who wouldn't take it
welcome Mark
Just here as you are trying to make money.how we do it might be different.
I left a limit on hl to buy after selling and it came in.i still might lose out.
Sorry I'm not in love with eurasia as you but I do believe in it or I wouldn't be invested at all.
I invest as most do on hype.of course there are some well invested people at much lower levels and really well done to them.
I didnt only invest at 30p I was actually higher also.my average is 22.5p
And i actually sold all at 29.26 and bought back at 26.77.the same amount of shares at 10% less.im not a great investor but after watching this share carefully I decided it was worth a risk.and without a sale this could be 32 tmr and 25p on Wednesday next week.
we now have the mining capacity to which we can obtain 100% of profits.its a huge step for eurasia.but I fell because I bought the shares at 5p (with backed money) I fell that eurasia(and my shell company backed by investors)has taken this as far as we can so selling at 24p i believe is the best we "Eurasia " can take the company.
I hope not but we all know its possible
the company as a trading entity is completely underfunded and without a financial backer.if there recourses are true id lend eurasia a fund and say mine it yourself and we would reap the massive gains at 70% profit .billions right?
As ds said now we have our own mine 100% of any profit is ours
If the resources were true you would have financial backers even without mining experience saying mine it yourself and well back you with huge profits.which he said with the one and only recourse eurasia have
I would imagine a higher percentage of people haven't personally been involved in a sale or buying process of a company.
Its actually a more simple process than people could imagine.the final sale price will be a group of people negotiating as you would be in buying anything that doesn't have a fixed price.its that simple on multiple occasions
Of course factors come into play.but actually looking at eurasia.they have very few employees ,they have no property assests(their office is a serviced office in the city)they have no outstanding debt now (hopefully the 10 million covered their wages and expenses ).they have one mining site(rather small).so the value in the ground is the only negotiating point.i don't doubt what is in the ground but this is the only point of interest for a company looking to buy eurasia and its assets in the ground.as eurasia is a company that in 20 years of operating havent made a profit.(their point of business is finding resources and it seems they have actually)
Banks being involved mean almost nothing imo.the only indication that this will come to a end is DLA piper being involved.whether a company is worth 5b$ or $500,000
Lawyers are only involved in the final sale process.Euarsia doesn't have large assets(on their books),employees,or anything that could slow a process(unless directors have wrongly declared shares in the company) not saying they have.
My point is they are only negotiating whats in the ground.as they should ,as its found something that is worth something.
You can all look at company takeovers/accusations.its assest values and employees that are the biggest problems in sale/takeovers.future growth in a company is what usually drives a price down because that is something that is uncertain.but also the reason a company is interested in buying.
Nobody has info on the negotiation so for me its completely in the air.25p-£1+ is all possible
I have been personally involved in a company sale and the biggest difficulties were future growth/current customers still spending at rates excepted.company assests and employees wages/pension etc.
My opinion is simply written(questions in company sales are welcome). As any company owner knows the problem with running a company is. its easy to run but making the profit to keep it going is hard
No big complications with Eurasia sale.its only the final sale price of whats in the ground and what it is worth to the buyer
The buyer is king and do eursaia have the funds and the balls to say no. We will find out at some point
No idea what a final price will be but I'm still here and hoping for the best
I would imagine the Eurasia directors are the ones bed wetting selling there 0.1p-5p shares for 25p
My god imagine them selling for 400/10000%s profit at 25p
They would all be crying into there millions of pounds
toon
Of course small investors will make money if they are in at there prices or there abouts
My point is the directors are holding shares at 0.1-5p so a sale price per share of 25 p is wonderful
Do people not understand the price ? Of the directors shares ?
Do people not understand that this is there only sale opportunity
Bought 80% of my shares at 22.5p
Bought some at 17p and also bought at 35p
I'm not invested for years like many people here
My decisions won't be made on lth and pirates
How many would have sold at 37p if they had the chance again?
I'm invested and scared of missing out of a decent sp thats why I haven't sold.
Which is a terrible way to invest in anything
