A rumour this morning that LiM PEA results coming this week, not revealing my sources but I am scrambling some money to.buy more today before LiM starts trading, don't take my word though, if it's true and positive expect 200 to 500% rise instantly IMHO
Yes I remember your post before Christmas Boom, your figures look genuine from when I looked ar the past RNS's for IRON, with iron and Titanium prices rocketing up and Chinese infrastructure booming they need our resources and pretty sharpish before someone else makes us an offer.
I can see either a JV, buyout or off take agreement coming here very soon, code 1 a big big sign in my eyes, the in the ground assets here are mind boggling, 10's of £billions, the most sort after metals are buried here and ot will soon be in the belly of the beast called China IMHO
Originally said around year end 2020 but with COVID19 delays worldwide I reckon anytime now and early February, LiM and AYM both rising in anticipation and if positive anywhere from 25p to £1.50 is my guess looking at 25p for high extraction costs and up to £1.50 per share for low extraction costs, IMHO
With 6% ownership of an $80bn in the ground assets why isn't AYM's mcap at £100m I don't know, limited shares in issue an 2 x PEA results imminent, £100m Market Cap won't be far away.
Keep patient and sit on your hands
Costs for getting Iron Ore out are not as expensive as you state, just going through some mining stuff and found this https://www.forbes.com/sites/timtreadgold/2020/07/14/iron-ore-boom-generates-700-gross-profit-margins-for-big-miners/
A positive PEA for LiM will be huge for AYM
So we could have an Mcap £350m which is around £1.50 per share and that is without Pary's, sounds like a ramp but i.gave gone over the figures several times, even a quarter of this is 37.5p which is about 6x current Mcap
Labrador Iron Mines has an $80bn asset in the ground, if a buyer comes along paying 10%, I calculate £351m to AYM ????
This seems astronomical to me, but in would be happy with an Mcap of £100m
Happy New Year fellow AYMer's
