Hi Omir They don,t know any more than you or i, they are playing the game and feel that China and Trump throwing **** will effect the bond market. What i do know is that the bond market is in a right mess with loads of negative returns on "safebonds" . Our future bonds carry a certain amount of risk and investors want paying for that risk, hence talk of 13% coupon. Being a gambling man i think 13% is plenty for the level of risk.
